The Portrait Fit setting positions your hero image to ensure the entire content remains visible within the viewport on portrait-oriented screens.

Body:

  • Sizing method: Fit (entire image within viewport)
  • Cropping: None (preserves all image content)
  • Scroll reveal: None (static)
  • Landscape visibility: Most of the image immediately visible
  • Portrait visibility: All of the image immediately visible
  • Best use case: Images where all elements are essential

The hero image positioning functionality provides precise control over how featured images appear on different devices. When using Fit mode, the image is scaled to ensure the entire content remains visible within the viewport boundaries. The theme supports separate configuration for portrait and landscape orientations, ensuring optimal visual presentation regardless of device orientation.
